A blocked drain that keeps coming back usually means the first person who "cleared" it never found out why it blocked in the first place. We run an HD push-camera through the line before we quote, and we share the video with you — so you're looking at the same pipe we are.
From there it's mechanical augering for soft blockages, or 4,000 psi hydro-jetting for grease, scale and root masses that an auger just pushes through instead of clearing. If the camera shows a structural break, we quote trenchless repair separately rather than folding it into the clearing invoice.

Drain unblocking, answered.
Usually because the blockage was pushed through rather than removed, or the underlying cause — roots, scale, a partial pipe collapse — was never diagnosed. Our camera survey identifies the actual cause before we clear.
Augering mechanically breaks up soft blockages. Hydro-jetting uses 4,000 psi water pressure to strip grease, scale and root masses off the full pipe wall — better for recurring or heavy buildup.
In most cases, yes. Call dispatch and we'll give you a real appointment window for the same day, not a vague callback promise.
We'll show you the footage and quote trenchless or open-trench repair as a separate line item — clearing the immediate blockage doesn't get bundled with a repair you haven't approved.
