Bathrooms Completed double vanity with marble countertop and chrome fixtures, Vancouver bathroom renovation by ARSuperfix

Bathroom plumbing goes wrong when it's rushed or handled by whoever's cheapest that week. We rough in supply lines, drains and venting to code, then step back and let your other trades finish their work — before we return for fixture install and the final pressure test.

Curbless showers, heated floors, steam enclosures — the detail work that makes a renovation look designed rather than assembled is mostly in the plumbing you never see. We've done enough of these across Vancouver condos and North Shore homes to know where the traps usually get missed.

  • Rough-in, supply lines, drains, venting
  • Heated floor manifolds and zone valves
  • Curbless shower drainage and steam-shower lines
  • Fixture install and final pressure test before sign-off
FAQ

Bathroom installation, answered.

Do you work alongside my tilesetter, or take over the reno?

We plumb — you keep the design and the general contractor relationship. We schedule rough-in and trim-out around your other trades so nobody's waiting on anybody.

Can you plumb a curbless or steam shower?

Yes, including curbless drainage slopes and steam-shower supply and drain lines, which need tighter tolerances than a standard shower pan.

How long does a bathroom rough-in take?

A standard single-bathroom rough-in usually runs one to two days on site, plus a return visit for fixture trim-out once tile and cabinetry are in. We'll give you a firm timeline in the written quote.

Do you install heated bathroom floors?

Yes — we run the manifolds and zone valves for hydronic heated floors as part of the rough-in.
