Hot Water Tank installation & repair

Tankless, combi, and high-efficiency systems. We are factory-certified on Navien, Viessmann, Rinnai and Bosch. Every install includes the proper TSBC paperwork and a 10-year manufacturer warranty when the unit qualifies.

Bathroom installation

Full renovation rough-in to fixture set. We co-ordinate with your tilesetter, electrician and cabinet maker so the plumbing is right before the walls close, and we come back for the trim-out exactly when you need us.

Drain unblocking

Camera-led diagnostics before we clear. We pull the line on a screen, find the cause — roots, scale, foreign object, broken pipe — and quote the cure. No guesswork, no repeat call-outs.

Leak detection

Hidden leaks under slab, behind tile, inside walls. Acoustic correlation and FLIR thermal imaging pinpoint the source so the only thing that gets cut open is the spot that actually needs fixing.

Hydronic in-floor systems, radiator runs, mixed-fuel integration. We design for comfort balance — same temperature everywhere, no cold rooms, no overshoot — and we leave the system documented for the next owner.
